Good questions

FAQ

How does payment work?
We accept Venmo, cash, or check. Payment is due when the job is done — no payment is taken on this website, ever.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
It depends on the job: for driveways, please move cars and other items out of the way. Make sure an outdoor spigot is on and working for any pressure washing job. Since all our equipment is electric we typically need a working outdoor outlet near the job. We bring everything else. For bin cleaning, bins should be empty (please schedule for the day after pickup).
Is your equipment gas or electric?
100% electric — mowers, trimmers, edgers, and pressure washers. That means we're a lot quieter than a typical gas crew (your neighbors will thank you), with no fumes. Most of our tools are battery operated. However, we may need to use your outlet if we use a tool that needs to plug in or charge. If you're not sure you have one near the job site, just mention that in your booking and we can discuss it.
What's your weather policy?
Pressure washing needs dry weather above 50°F. If the forecast turns, we'll text you ahead of time to reschedule — no surprises, no soggy half-finished jobs.
Is the vacation service private?
Completely. We never post or tell anyone that you're away, and we never leave your bins at the curb overnight. You get a photo text at every visit so you know everything's fine.
Who's doing the work?
Luke and Ben — two brothers who live right here in Eden Prairie. A parent is always reachable, and we confirm every job by text the day before.

Still wondering about something? Ask us when we text to confirm — or just book and mention it in the notes.
